Marinated Grilled Vegetables

Not a fan of vegetables? This recipe may change your mind.

  • 2 cups broccoli
  • 2 cups cauliflower
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 red onion
  • Blanch broccoli and cauliflower for 2 minutes in boiling water, drain well


Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces and drizzle in either Feige's Gourmet Oil & Vinegar, Feige's Gourmet Raspberry or Feige's Gourmet Honey Mustard & Poppy Seed Dressing  5 minutes before grilling

Mix well and barbeque in a grill basket, until vegetables are tender crisp.
