Tomato Cucumber Salad

  • 1 Pint cherry tomatoes, halfed
  • 1 English cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 - 3 tbsps. chopped fresh basil
  • 2 - 3 tbsps. parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Feige's Gourmet Oil and Vinegar Dressing
  • Mix well and refrigerate, stirring occasionally leaving to marinate for at least 1/2 hour - 1 hour.

 

* NOTE:  This salad can be made with only tomato or only cucumber.  Add more dressing if needed.
