Bulgar and Quinoa Salad

  • 1 package of bulgar and quinoa
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrot, shredded and chopped
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup parsley or cilantro, chopped (optional)
  • 1/3 cup Feiges Raspberry Dressing (or to taste)
  • salt and pepper to taste


Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions. Rinse and drain well. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the dressing. Chill and add dressing before serving.
